These 90 minute sessions are tailored to your needs and certainly not some wishy-washy consultation à la “Take a bubble bath, burn some incense and then cuddle up on the couch.” No girlfriend – we dig deep and you will leave the session with a new understanding of and simple steps to implement what you need to thrive, feel strong, inspired and confident.

Taking care of yourself is not only something you do to feel good in the moment.

Taking care of yourself means to show your future self how much you appreciate and respect her.

And it is not always the easiest thing to do.

Self-care is more than bubble baths and candles.

It is feeling your emotions and getting honest about what you really want and creating space for your desires.

It means to follow through with what you promised yourself.

Letting go of things that don’t serve you.

And knowing your worth and your values.

I had to learn all of the above and still discovering and rearranging old patterns and beliefs that tell me I am not worthy of feeling good.

Through my own practice, I became very sensitive in uncovering unhealthy thoughts and replacing them with nurturing and constructive ones.
