After hiding it away nearly two years in a secret

After hiding it away nearly two years in a secret Instagram account, I’m finally reintroducing my art to you.

A while ago, around the time I began writing my book, I started painting again.

And I fell in love with abstract art. It was as if a cork had finally popped that had clogged my creative pipelines for half my life.

Excited (but also afraid), I started sharing what I made… without ever telling you what it meant. And without the meaning behind it, the art didn’t really fit in here.

Because, my art is not just something beautiful to look at - it’s here to transform. It’s more than color on canvas. Each piece is infused with energy and intention.

You know, soon after I started painting, I began to play with supercharging my works.

I infused pieces with AUNDA frequency and embedded Grabovoi numbers and Quantum Healing Codes.

I even have a piece in my bedroom that has quite literally changed my life just with its frequency (it’s called “Clouds”, its energetic frequency is “Heaven on Earth” and you see it up here ⬆️)

I’ve decided to share more of my art again because it’s a core part of who I am and what I want to bring into the world.

My vision is to connect my energetic work with my art, creating beautiful, transformative experiences that go beyond words - inviting you to connect with healing and expansion in a whole new way.

I’m so excited to now share this with you! May these pieces bring as much light and magic to your life as they do to mine 🤍

I had a conversation with Miguel that moved me so

I had a conversation with Miguel that moved me so much and that I'd like to share with you.

We had just come home from a funeral and it was actually much more emotional than I had anticipated.

Miguel (of course, trying to make sense of all of it) got really upset and started crying - telling me he didn’t want to die.

I told him that dying is part of life, but that he’s still so young with so much life ahead of him.

It was honestly a challenging conversation but I think also an important one.

I tried to be playful and said, of course, you don't want to leave this life yet because there’s still so much to do.

And that when we die, our souls go back to heaven, and our bodies return to the earth.

After some back and forth and all the feels he then looked at me and said, “I don’t want to leave this life because there’s so much I can do. I can build things and play and hug you!”

And a bit later that day he said this: "I don't want to leave my body here because it’s so beautiful!”

OMG 🥹😭

Can you imagine how that melted my heart?

Life and our beautiful, magical bodies are here to be enjoyed.

We can’t take anything with us when we have to leave - except our experiences.

They are everything.

And that’s why I believe it is so important to not deny ourselves the desires of our hearts 🤍

When this happens, don’t run away from them. Sit with them. Cry if you need to. Scream into a pillow if that helps. Go for a walk, swim, or workout. But feel it. Don’t shove it back down.
When you start this inner work, life might feel chaotic for a while. This doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It’s a sign that you’re finally looking at what’s been buried. This is your spring cleaning. And life will send you circumstances—sometimes challenging ones—to help you release what’s been hiding in the dark."

I've been editing chapter 9 of my book and wanted to share this passage with you.

I wrote that chapter in March 23 - not knowing how deeply I'll feel my own words today 🥹
