"Right then, a book flew off the shelf and opened my eyes to a completely different story.
At that time, my greatest desire was a partner. Not just anyone, though. I wanted a relationship that felt good. Easy. Natural. Non - toxic. One that was actually enjoyable and not a daily walk through hell and back. I saw other people had that, and I longed for it. But deep down, I was terrified. I had closed off my heart completely. I’d been single for two years, and while I was slowly wondering why nobody was in sight, I subconsciously was also happy about it.
I had an array of limiting beliefs around relationships. “Love is a battlefield and all men are emotionally unavailable assholes, and relationships will push you into physical and emotional trauma”.* But if you want something while you’re having limiting beliefs around what it will mean to have it, you’re subconsciously avoiding it. It’s a protection mode.

In my case that meant: threat disabled by staying single. But my real desire for love and connection? Didn’t disappear. It never does. And that’s what’s causing this miserable feeling we all know: I want it, but I can’t have it. It’s like standing in front of the candy shop window, but the doors are closed for you - all while you watch others walk inside and have fun.
Then one day, I went into my local bookstore. It’s a cosy place I love to escape to for a little while and I had a particularly shitty day. As I roamed around, a small black book with red lettering caught my eye. The title was Seelengevögelt (translated: Soulfucked) and honestly, that’s exactly how I felt. So I picked it up.

In the days that followed, I got a lot of my questions answered. It was the first time I came across the idea I’m sharing with you here: Your outer reality is defined by your inner landscape. The life you experience is just a projection of what you think, feel, and believe. If you believe all men are assholes and relationships will end in disaster, that’s exactly what you’ll keep experiencing. Over and over. Different partner, same taste. Until you finally look at and change what you believe."

The first feedback forms of my test readers are co

The first feedback forms of my test readers are coming back in - and they are bringing me so much unanticipated joy.

I think it's normal to start doubting the quality of your work when you're literally the only person who has seen it for the two years it's been in the making.

Releasing a part of it to my trusted test readers has almost given me a full body anxiety rash.

But what actually came back to me has just fed into my deep knowing that this book is good as it is and almost ready to be published #trusttheprocess #prayforme

I'll be putting the finishing touches on the pre-master draft over the holidays.

I don't know the actual timeline just yet - because there are still some moving pieces.

But I am pretty certain that I'll be holding one of the first printed copies of my first own book in my hands very soon.

After hiding it away nearly two years in a secret

After hiding it away nearly two years in a secret Instagram account, I’m finally reintroducing my art to you.

A while ago, around the time I began writing my book, I started painting again.

And I fell in love with abstract art. It was as if a cork had finally popped that had clogged my creative pipelines for half my life.

Excited (but also afraid), I started sharing what I made… without ever telling you what it meant. And without the meaning behind it, the art didn’t really fit in here.

Because, my art is not just something beautiful to look at - it’s here to transform. It’s more than color on canvas. Each piece is infused with energy and intention.

You know, soon after I started painting, I began to play with supercharging my works.

I infused pieces with AUNDA frequency and embedded Grabovoi numbers and Quantum Healing Codes.

I even have a piece in my bedroom that has quite literally changed my life just with its frequency (it’s called “Clouds”, its energetic frequency is “Heaven on Earth” and you see it up here ⬆️)

I’ve decided to share more of my art again because it’s a core part of who I am and what I want to bring into the world.

My vision is to connect my energetic work with my art, creating beautiful, transformative experiences that go beyond words - inviting you to connect with healing and expansion in a whole new way.

I’m so excited to now share this with you! May these pieces bring as much light and magic to your life as they do to mine 🤍
